Benton County provides several GIS (Geographic Information System) datasets for the public to use. These files are shared in a zipped folder and include shapefiles and information about the data (called metadata).

We also have a map service that is updated every week and can be viewed on ArcGIS Online.

Parcels 10 acres and greater (based on GIS acreage) are labeled.  Labeled acreage shown is based off the deeded acres within the tax system. Ownership information is current as of the date shown in the bottom left corner of each page with annual updates planned.

Georeferenced PDF Maps

All ownership, plat book, and park maps on this page are georeferenced. This means they have location data built in, so you can see your current location on the map using a device with GPS.

You can use a smartphone, tablet, or other device with location services to view your location on the map—even without cell service.

There are several apps that work with these maps, including free ones like Avenza Maps. Just download the app and the PDF map to your device, and you’ll be able to use it offline.
