The center answers all 911 calls made in Benton County, except for calls from the cities of St. Cloud and Sartell. The center is staffed 24/7 by 8 Emergency Communications Officers, along with 1 lieutenant and 1 sergeant. They are always ready to respond to calls for help and make sure the right emergency services are sent where they’re needed.
