2025 Construction Projects

 CSAH 3 & 5 in Gilman

• CSAH 3 (Golden Spike Road) is CLOSED from TH 25 to 250 feet south of Finch Rd NE.
  1. The intersection of CSAH 3 & CSAH 5 is open to traffic.
  2. Access to Po-Jos from the north by Gilman Liquor.
  3. Access the Church thru 103^rd Ave NE and Fern Rd.
• Road Closure Change Planned: A road closure on CSAH 5 with the opening of CSAH 3 is tentatively planned for the week of September 22^nd.
• CSAH 3: Gravel is placed with Curb & Gutter tentatively planned for 9/18. CSAH 3 is tentatively planned to be opened with a gravel surface during the week of September 22^nd.
• CSAH 5: is open to traffic but closure planned for week of September 22.
• Estimated Completion Date: Beginning of November 2025.

 CSAH 7 (165^th Ave NE) Reconstruction from MN TH 95 to CSAH 4

• Road is OPEN. 
• Miscellaneous work remains.

 CSAH 22 (165^th St NE) Bridge Construction over the West Branch of the Rum River

• Bridge is CLOSED about 0.25 miles west of CSAH 7.
• Existing Bridge has been removed. Beams placed with deck prep. work on-going.
• Estimated Completion Date: Beginning of November 2025.

 CR 51 (55^th St NE) Bridge Construction over the St Francis River

• Bridge is CLOSED about 0.3 miles west of CSAH 6 (Ronneby Rd).
• Existing Bridge has been removed. Beams placed with deck work on-going.  
• Estimated Completion Date: Beginning of November 2025.

 CSAH 9, CSAH 25, CR 43 and CR 66

• Projects are complete.
